A graduate from the University of California San Francisco with honors, Dr. Oushy is a compassionate, kind, and artistic dentist who believes in whole body health care approach to dentistry. Dr. Oushy is a Certified Biological dentist with the IABDM and also just completed her accreditation with the IAOMT, she also holds a Masters in Public Health from New Mexico State University. Dr. Oushy is very passionate about taking continuing education courses to keep up with advancements in dentistry and also the important connection between our oral health and overall wellbeing, Dr.Oushy is always attending numerous continuing education courses in the field of Biological dentistry, laser therapy, Airway- centered dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry and Invisalign®
Dr. Oushy is proudly the only dentist in El Paso and southern New Mexico to be SMART (Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique) certified by the IAOMT, Accredited as a Biological dentist by the IAOMT and certified with the IABDM. She always seeks the safest and least toxic ways to take care of her patients. When she is not with patients, Dr. Oushy is probably spending time with her husband and her twin daughters. She loves to cook, travel and do fun projects with her girls.

Vanessa stems from a family of dentists and has been in the field herself for almost 5 years. She is often the first face you see in our office as you walk in. Vanessa loves helping our patients feel welcomed and attend to any questions or concerns they have. Vanessa speaks English and Spanish fluently and would love to learn Mandarin one day.
She lives in El Paso with her husband and two beautiful children. When she’s not in the office she is tending to her family. She loves to cook and cherishes the time spent helping her kiddos with their school projects. Her ultimate joy comes from seeing a smile on those around her.
Diana has been in the dental field for over 8 years and is passionate about her work, her patients, and providing the highest quality of care. She loves to make her patients feel comfortable and confident in the care she and Dr. Oushy are providing during dental treatment. Diana is proud of being born and raised in Colombia. In her spare time Diana likes to spend quality time with her family, read, and travel the world.
Cindy graduated from New Mexico State graduate, from the dental assistant program last year and is always eager to learn. She is very passionate about our biological, whole health approach to dentistry and enjoys talking to patients. Her goal is to make them feel greeted and always has patient comfort in mind to perform high quality care.
Cindy spends most of her time with her family and loves to go on road trips or travel the world.
Nikki has been working in the dental field for 22 years. She loves taking care of our patients, getting to know them and making sure that every patient she sees is met with comfort and compassion
Nikki was born and raised in El Paso, Tx and spends her free time with her husband and their 12 year old son.
Susana has worked as a dental hygienist for the past 10 years, she has also provided service to patients as a myofunctional therapist for the last 7 years..
She received her Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from New Mexico State University in 2012 and her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of New Mexico 2013. Throughout her career she has served patients of all ages with experience in pediatric and family practice. She recently became a member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine & Toxicology (IAOMT) and continues to work to expand her knowledge in biological dental hygiene.
Susana graduated from the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy in 2014. She then completed advanced education in orofacial myofunctional disorders and participated in an internship with an industry leading orofacial myologist. Susana began her private myofunctional therapy practice in 2015 where she focuses on helping adults and children who have been diagnosed with breathing and or obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ), and other muscle function disorders.
She not only brings a love of her job to work every day, but she also has a personality that makes everyone around her happier. She enjoys spending her free time in Las Cruces with her husband and four beautiful girls.
