Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to bring to my first visit?

We ask that you bring a valid state ID, and an up-to-date insurance card (if applicable). Forms will be sent to you via text or email and should be filled out before you arrive.By having all of your forms complete and ready to go, we can expedite your check-in process and give you more time to enjoy our relaxing patient amenities before your appointment begins.

Do you offer emergency dentistry?

Yes! We work hard to accommodate patients with emergency dental needs. We offer same-day dentistry, which means we will get you into our office the same day you call for treatment. We never want you to have to deal with an urgent dental concern on your own, we’ll be there for you and help you get the pain relief and treatment you need in no time at all.

When should my child have their first dental visit?

According to the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the rule of firsts, your child should have their initial dental appointment by their first birthday or when their first tooth erupts, whichever comes first. Having a dental visit early on can help you set a benchmark for your child’s oral health and start them on the right path towards a lifetime of healthy, happy smiles.
