Using a humidifier in your home, especially in your bedroom, can help maintain moisture in the air and prevent dry mouth, particularly during the night.

Practice Good Oral Hygiene

Maintain a consistent oral hygiene routine by brushing twice a day with hydroxyapatite toothpaste, and flossing daily.This helps to support the protective functions of saliva and prevent oral health issues.
